Refund policy

We only provide refunds for products that are damaged during shipping. A video as proof for the same is mandatorily required to take the refund process forward. The final decision regarding refunds will be taken by us.

Refunds are only eligible if you reach out to our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.

Skincare products are not eligible for change or returns due to hygiene reasons. 

Cancellation Policy: If the order is dispatched from our side(1-2 business days from the Date of order) , the order cannot be cancelled.
